Returns & Exchanges for Excavator Attachments


We Stand Behind the Quality of Our Excavator Buckets.
At GroundForce Attachments, we guarantee the quality of all our excavator attachments and buckets. If your attachment or bucket arrives damaged, or you’ve received an incorrect item, we’ll promptly address the issue with either an exchange or refund.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. If the product is used, we are unable to accept returns unless it is faulty.

How to Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Email us at info@groundforceattachments.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds:
Once your excavator bucket or attachment is returned and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your excavator bucket or attachment arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@groundforceattachments.com.au. We will expedite an exchange or refund to make it right.

Exclusions & Limitations
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-designed or specially modified excavator buckets or attachments.

Used or installed excavator attachments (unless defective).

Products not purchased directly through GroundForce Attachments.
